Your daily beauty routine should always start, both in the morning and in the evening, by washing your face.
Our Gel Cleanser dissolves clogged pores while removing makeup and dirt without disturbing the skin’s pH balance.
What is a pH value?
A pH value indicates whether a liquid is acidic, neutral or alkaline. The scale ranges from 0 to 14, where 7 is neutral.
Values above 7 are considered alkaline, and values below 7 are acidic.
Healthy skin has an average pH level of 4.5-5 on the scale, which means that the skin’s surface is slightly acidic. The acidic skin surface helps keep
bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms away from the skin. On the epidermis, you have your skin’s acid mantle, which is our natural protective
barrier that helps the skin withstand external damage and protects it from loss of hydration. It is vital to use products that balance the pH level of the
skin and help strengthen the acid mantle. Therefore, all our products are designed to strengthen and build up the skin barrier.
Sea Moss - High levels of minerals and proteins that help plump the skin. Sea moss is often referred to as ”Nature’s Collagen” (collagen is a protein
found in the body. Our body consists of 70% of collagen and we lose 1% in every year, therefore the skin needs ingredients which boost collagen
production). Marine sourced ingredients often help to calm irritated skin, such as eczema and psoriasis.
Broccoli extract - Broccoli contains Vitamin C which has lots of antioxidants, making it a good anti-ageing ingredient.
Citrus Bioflavonoids - Vitamin C also helps boost collagen production and gives a smooth skin tone. Bioflavonoids is an umbrella term for
plant extracts that act as antioxidants and which increase the body’s uptake and use of Vitamin C.
Aloe Vera - Aloe Vera contains polysaccharides (carbohydrates), is moisturizing, hydrating, soothing and anti-inflammatory.
